Role & responsibilities

• Support implementation and deployment activities for projects and clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution of the deals
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
• Assist in system setup, configuration, testing, and user acceptance processes.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation.
• Maintain implementation records, reports, and onboarding documentation are submitted to respective teams for storage.
• Conduct data verification and basic analysis as required.
• Support end-user training and onboarding activities.
• Monitor implementation timelines and escalate delays/issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation support and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Skills on Excel

Excellent communication skills.

NISM Certificate
