Training Supervisor (F&B)

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily training activities across assigned locations and teams.
• Deliver and facilitate training sessions covering company procedures, operations, service, food safety, and job-specific standards.
• Maintain training materials, schedules, attendance records, and evaluation documentation.
• Assess employee knowledge and practical performance and identify training gaps.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to align training programs with business requirements.
• Monitor new employee onboarding and ensure all required training is completed within the designated timeline.
• Track training completion, employee performance, and training effectiveness.
• Prepare regular training reports and support continuous improvement of training programs and methods.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Training, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Operational Training.
• Experience in F&B, Restaurants, Retail, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Good understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), employee evaluation, and training documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations when required.
• Flexible to work according to business and operational requirements.
