Training Officer

Conduct theoretical and practical training in manufacturing technology, 5S, Kaizen, TPM and 7 QC, Monitor trainee attendance and performance, maintain records, conduct assessments, coordinate industry deployment, counsel trainees.

Required Candidate profile

Mechanical Diploma/Degree with 3–10 years of experience in training or manufacturing. Good teaching, communication and MS Office skills. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM and 7 QC Tools preferred.
