Training Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for employees on various aspects of insurance products, policies, and procedures.
• Develop learning materials such as manuals, guides, and online courses to support employee development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an insurance industry or related field.
• Strong understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in developing curriculum maps, lesson plans, and assessment tools using LMS software (e.g. Learning Management Systems).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information in a clear concise manner.
