About this role
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing training programs for restaurant teams to ensure excellent guest service, operational efficiency, food safety, and consistent brand standards across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training calendars and structured programs for FOH, BOH, and management teams.
- Train employees on restaurant SOPs, guest handling, grooming, upselling, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate with Operations and HR to improve service quality.
- Conduct onboarding, refresher training, and skill assessments across outlets.
Experience: 8 to 12 years in restaurant training, preferably across QSR and fine-dining formats.
Key Skills: Restaurant Operations, Training & Development, SOP Implementation, Guest Experience, Food Safety, and Team Management.
