Hiring: FMCG Training Manager
Location: New Delhi & Ahmedabad (Client Location)
Experience: 6 to 15Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Training Manager to lead sales capability development and field coaching initiatives for frontline sales teams, distributors, and retail staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver product, sales, and process training programs
Conduct 70% Operational Training and 30% Field-based OJT (On-the-Job Training)
Develop training calendars, modules, presentations, and assessment tools
Coach and mentor sales teams to improve performance and productivity
Conduct induction, refresher, and skill enhancement programs
Identify training needs and close performance gaps
Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure training effectiveness
Prepare training reports, performance analysis, and attendance records

Required Skills:
Strong FMCG sales operations knowledge
Expertise in field coaching and OJT training
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Experience handling large training batches
Knowledge of distributor and retail sales management
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools

Qualification:
• Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
• Training & Development certification will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile:
Experience managing FMCG sales teams
Fluent in English (Regional language preferred)
Willing to travel extensively for field training
Strong leadership and people management skills
