Responsibilities:

* Conduct training programs for retail and sales teams

* Develop and deliver product, sales & customer-service training

* Identify training needs and performance gaps

* Conduct assessments and evaluate training effectiveness

* Coach and mentor employees for better performance

* Conduct induction and refresher training

* Support new product launches and business initiatives

* Track training completion and performance

* Work closely with Sales & Operations teams
