Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage training programs for insurance agents, focusing on general insurance, motor insurance, health insurance, and other relevant products.
  
• Develop and deliver engaging training content to enhance agent skills and knowledge.
  
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure trainee progress and effectiveness of training programs.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all aspects of training delivery.
