Training Manager

Thia role is for on of the global pharmaceutical company from India, advancing healthcare through innovation, research and accessible medicines globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for healthcare professionals on the use of our digital therapeutics platform for cardiac rehabilitation
• Design and deliver sales training programs focused on effectively communicating the benefits of our digital therapeutics solutions to healthcare providers and patients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of training initiatives.
