About this role
- Manage training and capability development for 400+ VRMs across locations.
- Plan and execute Induction, Product, Process, Sales Skills & Refresher Training programs.
- Deliver highly engaging classroom training with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Identify VRM capability gaps through performance data, assessments and business feedback.
- Develop PPTs, training modules, role plays, case studies, assessments, job aids and micro-learning content.
- Analyze training and business data using MS Excel; prepare MIS, dashboards and performance trackers.
- Partner with business teams to drive VRM productivity, lead generation, conversion and business performance.
- Track training effectiveness and translate learning interventions into measurable business outcomes.
- Support product launches, campaigns and strategic business initiatives through focused capability interventions.
- Conduct assessments, certifications, coaching and post-training reinforcement.
- Maintain training calendars, coverage, participation, completion and effectiveness reports.
- Prior experience in handling/training the VRM or Direct Marketing channel will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, content-building, analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
- Should be business-oriented, data-driven, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
