Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to design, develop and deliver training programs across Sales, Corporate Functions, AI, HR and Interpersonal Skills.

The role will independently manage the end-to-end training lifecycle and work closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps and improve employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs across Retail Sales and Corporate teams through TNA, business inputs and performance data.
• Design and deliver product, sales, customer service, behavioural, interpersonal and leadership training.
• Develop AI and digital productivity training for employees across functions.
• Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Create training calendars, content, presentations, activities and assessments.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Retail Operations and Corporate HODs to address capability gaps.
• Maintain training MIS, participation records and effectiveness reports.
• Continuously improve training methodologies and learning content based on business requirements.
