Training Manager - Banca

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Manager to lead our Bancassurance, Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a focus on bancassurance.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for bancassurance teams.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
• Manage and maintain training records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop effective solutions.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
