Training & Development Manager

What You Will Own:

- Design and deliver retail sales training programs for store teams.

- Conduct product knowledge and customer experience training.

- Partner with store managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.

- Roll out onboarding programs for new sales associates.

- Drive selling techniques, upselling and conversion improvement initiatives.

- Track training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.

- Sales productivity improvement across stores.

- Customer experience and service scores.

- New joiner training completion and readiness.

- Adoption of selling techniques and product knowledge.

- Consistent training delivery across regions.

Who Thrives in This Role:

- 6-10 years experience in retail training, preferably in furniture/home retail.

- Strong understanding of retail sales processes.
