Training Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs, workshops, and learning sessions.
• Handle end-to-end event management activities including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, managers, trainers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Manage training calendars, meeting rooms, facilities, and logistics arrangements.
• Ensure proper communication and follow-up with participants and business teams.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to training and events.
• Handle critical situations effectively with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain reports, attendance records, feedback forms, and training documentation.
• Ensure smooth facility management and operational support during events and workshops.
• Build positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
