Training Coordinator in Manufacturing MNC (Third Party Pay Role)

Position Responsibilities:

1. Managing the logistics of training events.
2. Organizing training materials.
3. Preparation of training schedules
4. Sending Invitations.
5. Support in the training events as directed by Training Manager
6. Summarizing the training evaluation reports.
7. Maintaining hard and soft records of training programs and certifications.
8. Purchase Requestions and Invoicing.
9. Preparing monthly MIS.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any stream.
• 3-4 years’ work experience as training coordinator.

Nice to have requirements:

• MBA
• Prior work experience in MNC as training coordinator

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge on Microsoft Office (Particularly in Power Point and Excel).
• Good communication skills (Written and Verbal).
• Interpersonal Skills.
