Training Associate

Role Summary :

• Plan internal and external training and further education events, coordinate the target audience, clarify course content.
• Develop proposals for the design of educational events. Procure teaching materials.
• Conduct course descriptions for event calendars, possibly suggest the use of speakers.
• Participate in negotiations regarding quantities, prices, dates, delivery times and conditions, etc., within the scope of signing authority.
• Inform employees and managers about educational events (external/internal).
• Select educational events for individual employees.
• Prepare courses organizationally, request and distribute teaching materials and documents.
• Introduce speakers, organize group work, evaluate results.
• Issue certificates of participation, settle costs. Process applications from departments and registrations from employees, set priorities, possibly plan additional events.
• Clarify dates and fee requirements.
• Carry out budget/result planning for an assigned area, evaluate planned figures in terms of costs.
• Examine, analyze, and coordinate deviations.
• Regularly report on cost developments and clarify deviations.

Job Description :

As a training specialist/Associate you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training specialist is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers.

Job Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor or Master or higher degree in Optometry.
  
• Experience- 2-5 years of experience in industry, with proven track record of training and education.
