Role Description The Training and Process Consultant – BFSI will work on-site in Kolkata in a full-time capacity, partnering with banking, financial services, and insurance teams to assess current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Daily responsibilities include analyzing processes, mapping existing business operations, and designing optimized process frameworks aligned with BFSI standards and regulations. The consultant will develop and deliver training programs for client and internal teams, create documentation and process guidelines, and support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new practices. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, regular reporting on performance metrics, and ongoing evaluation of process effectiveness to drive efficiency and quality across BFSI operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management, with the ability to design and optimize workflows in BFSI environments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and propose evidence-based process enhancements.
- Effective Communication abilities for conducting training sessions, facilitating workshops, and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Competence in Business Process analysis and documentation, including process mapping, SOP creation, and compliance-oriented process design.
- Experience in the BFSI sector or consulting roles focused on financial services operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in process management (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
