Education: MBA/PGDM

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete campus placement process.
• Build strong relationships with MNCs, corporates, HR Heads, and recruiters.
• Develop new corporate tie-ups and generate quality placement opportunities.
• Plan and execute campus drives, job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
• Achieve placement targets and improve offer-to-joining ratio.
• Manage placement MIS, recruiter database, reports, and analytics.
• Guide students on career opportunities, interviews, and employability skills.
• Lead and mentor the placement team.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing recruiters and ensure repeat hiring.
