Role & responsibilities

1. TRAINING & PLACEMENT OFFICER

Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management/Engineering/Technology or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, Campus Recruitment or Industry Engagement, preferably in a reputed Engineering/Autonomous Institution.

Preferred: Strong corporate network and proven expertise in campus placements, internships, employability training, industry MoUs, recruitment drives and career development.

2. HR EXECUTIVE

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.

Experience: Minimum 35 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an educational institution/reputed organization.

Preferred: Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, HR policies, compliance, employee engagement and HR analytics.
