Training And Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and prepare the annual training calendar.
• Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
• Organize training on patient care, communication, service excellence, patient safety, and hospital protocols.
• Coordinate with department heads to improve employee competencies and performance.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training and applicable NABH standards.
• Develop training modules, conduct assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, prepare reports, and monitor training completion.
• Support leadership development and continuous learning initiatives.
