Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Training Coordination: Support the planning and coordination of onsite and virtual training programs, including calendars, venues, facilitators, training materials, resources, and other logistics.
• Training Delivery: Assist in designing and delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions in collaboration with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Training Effectiveness: Track and evaluate training programs using feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and other relevant measures to identify opportunities for improvement.
• On-the-Job Coaching: Support the planning and execution of metric-focused on-the-job coaching and scheduled training programs to improve trainee performance across teams.
• LMS Management: Support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner engagement, course completion, learning records, and performance tracking.
• Learning Analytics: Analyze learner participation, engagement, and performance data and support the team in implementing improvements to learning programs.
• Induction & Orientation: Assist in conducting effective employee induction and orientation programs to ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience.
• Training Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, attendance reports, learner feedback, and other relevant documentation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, trainers, SMEs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives.
