About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Trainer to join our team The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in training and learning & development, and the ability to drive employee performance through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions
• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual learning sessions
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching support
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Prepare training content, presentations, and learning materials
• Maintain training reports and performance trackers
• Coordinate with operations and stakeholders for training effectiveness

Requirements

• Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage batches and handle performance improvement initiatives
