Job Title: Trainer - Procurement (B1)

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 3-6 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Shift: Australian Shift (Starting from 3:30 AM)

Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Skills Required

• 3-6 years of experience in Training within the Procurement/Finance Operations domain.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable (AP), and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive attitude with a strong ownership mindset.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Hands-on experience with SAP.
• Experience in creating training content, SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and support operational teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take over process knowledge from the customer and effectively transfer it to the delivery team.
• Conduct regular training sessions as per the established training calendar and business requirements.
• Perform process accreditation and certification for new team members.
• Deliver refresher trainings based on quality findings, process updates, and improvement opportunities identified by the Quality team.
• Assist in the creation, review, and revision of SOPs, process documents, and training materials.
• Track and maintain training records, assessments, and competency reports.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning for team members.
• Drive process excellence through effective knowledge management and capability building initiatives.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

• 3-6 years of experience in Training within Procurement/P2P/AP operations.
• Strong SAP exposure.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience in Knowledge Transfer (KT), process accreditation, and SOP management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in Australian shifts (3:30 AM onwards).
• Immediate joiner or serving a short notice period.
