Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance sales teams to improve their skills in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Develop process training materials and conduct regular sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 3-10 years of experience in BPO operations or insurance industry.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering effective process training programs.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, services, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
