Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Trainer with experience in smartphone retail sales, product training, and promoter development. The candidate will be responsible for training retail promoters and sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, sales techniques, and new product launches to improve overall retail sales performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product training on smartphones, features, specifications, and USPs.
• Train retail promoters and sales executives on sales techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling.
• Conduct regular market visits and on-the-job training at retail outlets.
• Support new product launches and ensure timely product knowledge dissemination.
• Improve premium smartphone sales, upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion.
• Monitor promoter performance and identify training requirements.
• Track competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve retail execution and product visibility.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training and market visit reports.
• Monitor LMS and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in retail training, smartphone sales, or consumer electronics.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phones and retail sales operations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel across assigned retail markets in Karnataka.
