About this role
Role Objective:
Build and lead a structured training ecosystem that drives operational consistency, guest experience, and leadership capability across multiple restaurant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deploy onboarding and certification pathways (FOH & BOH)
• Lead service excellence training programs
• Drive leadership development for restaurant managers
• Support new restaurant openings with structured training plans
• Measure training effectiveness through performance and guest metrics
Ideal Profile:
• 35 years of multi-unit restaurant training experience
• Strong facilitation and on-floor coaching capability
• Experience in structured L&D frameworks and certification models
• Ability to partner closely with operations teams
