Trainer

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Basic to good practical knowledge of fitting and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to demonstrate the use of hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Basic knowledge of engineering/mechanical drawings and measurements.
• Knowledge of fitting operations such as marking, measuring, drilling, tapping, threading, filing, assembly and related workshop practices.
• Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language to students with different levels of educational background.
• Knowledge of workshop safety, PPE and safe working practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a practical training-centre environment.
