About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for retail staff on Apple products.
- Develop and conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Create interactive and engaging training content tailored to retail staff needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or instructor in the Mobile industry.
- Strong understanding of Apple's ecosystem, including iOS operating systems and various mobile phone models.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering effective product trainings using OJT methodologies.
- Experience working with Apple products, including iPhones, Macs, and other mobile devices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retail staff.
