Trainer

Role & responsibilities

• Train candidates on engineering drawings, and other relevant software used in the organization.
• Explain drawing concepts, standards, symbols, dimensions, tolerances, and drafting practices.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments.
• Provide hands-on guidance and demonstrations to trainees during training sessions.
• Assess trainees through practical tests, assignments, and regular evaluations.
• Ensure trainees understand and follow drawing standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

• Ability to work effectively with both trainees and technical teams
