Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training programs for insurance professionals on compliance, process, product knowledge, sales, and soft skills.
• Facilitate interactive sessions to engage participants and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Develop customized training materials using PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and other tools as needed.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in employee skills and develop targeted training solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Strong facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation skills with proficiency in creating engaging PowerPoint slides.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
