We are currently looking for an AI Trainer for a 6-month contractual engagement. The selected candidate will be responsible for training employees on various AI tools and supporting minor workflow automation initiatives.

This is an onsite role, and the trainer will be expected to work from the client's office on a regular basis, similar to a full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a baseline AI training curriculum and role-based learning plans.
• Conduct department-wise training sessions, workshops, and practical labs.
• Develop prompt libraries and reusable templates for common business workflows.
• Document use-case discovery findings and identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Create use-case charters outlining owners, expected benefits, and implementation considerations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and quarterly strategy recommendations.
• Deliver a final adoption handover pack, including training materials, templates, governance guidelines, and a recommended roadmap.

Hands-On Training Areas

• Prompt engineering for productivity and business communication.
• Document summarization and policy/SOP interpretation.
• MIS and business report narrative generation.
• Role-based prompt templates for HR, Managers, Analysts, Procurement, Safety, and Operations teams.
• Use-case mapping workshops.
• AI governance and responsible usage practices.
• Workflow automation design for repetitive business processes.
