Role & responsibilities

Key Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development
* Strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Experience in creating and delivering training programs
* Ability to assess training needs and drive learning initiatives
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What Youll Do:

* Conduct onboarding and process training sessions
* Develop training content and learning materials
* Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching
* Collaborate with operations teams to identify training needs
* Support continuous learning and quality improvement initiatives
