Key Accountabilities/Activities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and workplace etiquette.
• Develop and deliver engaging training modules, activities, and assessments.
• Train learners on confidence building, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and professional behavior.
• Assess participants performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize training content based on learner and organizational requirements.
• Track training effectiveness and maintain participant records

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Requisition for Consumables: Submit requisitions for necessary teaching supplies and materials.
• HR-related Functions: Manage own personal attendance, leaves, and other HR-related duties.
• Batch Performance Dashboard: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the class using the batch performance dashboard.
• Create a Batch: Constitute and set up a new batch for the course.
• Maintain Scorecard for Each Student: Track and update student scores regularly in the scorecard.
• View Batch Calendar: Access and plan for upcoming guest lectures, industry visits, and other scheduled activities.
• Stay updated on academic and industry trends: Stay updated on industry trends to enhance course delivery.
• Participate in faculty meetings: Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
