Job Overview

• WARTENS is looking for a motivated PLC Trainer who is passionate about industrial automation and teaching.
• This role involves assisting and delivering PLC training sessions, supporting learners, and developing strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering PLC training sessions (Siemens PLC basics).
• Support training on Ladder Logic, program creation, downloading, and simulation.
• Demonstrate navigation and usage of Siemens TIA Portal.
• Explain PLC hardware components and their functionality.
• Assist with basic concepts of HMI and SCADA and their integration with PLCs.
• Respond to trainee queries and ensure conceptual clarity.
• Support preparation of training materials, demos, and exercises.
• Continuously upgrade technical and instructional skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of PLC programming and automation fundamentals.
• Understanding of Ladder Logic concepts.
• Willingness to learn Siemens PLCs and related tools.
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
• Exposure to Siemens TIA Portal.
• Familiarity with Siemens S7-1200 PLCs.
• Basic understanding of HMI / SCADA concepts.
