Responsibilities

• Preparation of Sessions: Prepare sessions using training guidelines and applicable program materials
• Conducting Classes: Conduct classes as per the designated schedule and methodology.
• Ensuring Student Attendance and Participation: Ensure student attendance and encourage active participation in the sessions.
• Counseling Students and Parents: Provide counseling to students and parents as needed within the community.
• Maintaining Progress Reports: Maintain progress reports for students, handle internal Management Information System (MIS) tasks, and generate day-to-day reports. Identify and document case studies.
• Student Mobilization and Infrastructure Support: Assist in student mobilization within the nearby community. Support the center in maintaining infrastructure and documentation.
