Trainer - International process

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for international processes, focusing on soft skills, process training, and need analysis.
  
• Conduct training needs assessment (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products/services to effectively train clients/employees.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and content.
  
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO training or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of international processes, including OJT (On-the-job training), TNA (Training Needs Analysis), KRA (Key Result Areas).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
