About this role
Role & responsibilities
• Design and deliver training programs for freshers and experienced coders
• Develop training content, assessments, and learning materials
• Conduct induction, refresher, and certification-focused training sessions
• Monitor training effectiveness and learner performance
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to bridge knowledge gaps
• Drive continuous learning and operational excellence initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
2-3+ years of experience as a Trainer in HIM/Medical Coding
Strong knowledge of Medical Coding and HIM processes
Expertise in Emergency Department (ED) & Evaluation and Management (EM) Coding
Experience in handling fresher training, onboarding, and certification programs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Active AAPC/AHIMA certification (Mandatory)
Additional certifications are a plus
