About The Role

Empower dealers and customers to maximise the value of our AI-powered platform. Drive product adoption, deliver impactful training, and become the face of customer enablement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customers
•  Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations
• Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs
• Track training completion and adoption metrics 
• Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide post-training support and resolve product queries
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales
• Improve training experience based on feedback

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace 
• Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting
• Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
