Traineeship Program: Multiple Roles

We are looking for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience to join our team as LMS Developer/Accessibility Analyst Interns, primarily working on LMS development, course implementation, testing, and accessibility. This is a full-time internship opportunity with a potential transition to a full-time position based on performance and organizational requirements. The role is fully work from office and requires 6 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain online courses in LMS platforms.
• Work with instructional design and content teams to build and update courses.
• Perform LMS testing, content validation, and quality checks.
• Identify and resolve broken links, accessibility issues, and course-level errors.
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Support accessibility testing and remediation of LMS pages and course content.
• Research and implement improvements to course functionality and learner experience.
• Track issues, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Bootstrap is preferred.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work with new tools and technologies.
