Trainee

Job Summary

You will join as a trainee at a Mahindra Group aerospace plant, which makes precision aircraft parts and assemblies for global customers. You will be trained on the job in aerospace manufacturing, where the work demands high accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Help with production of aircraft parts as per work instructions and drawings
• Operate machines and tools under the supervision of senior technicians
• Check parts for quality and report any defects
• Follow strict safety and quality rules on the shop floor
• Keep the work area clean and organised, following 5S
• Learn and follow the plant s standard procedures

What we re looking for

• SSLC, PUC or ITI (Fitter, Machinist, Turner or any related trade preferred)
• Freshers can apply
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
• Willing to relocate to Bengaluru
• Disciplined, careful and keen to learn
