Role & responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and maintain vendor documents, registrations, certificates, and other required records.
- Handle customer-related files and documentation, ensuring proper records and document control.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of ISO-related documentation and records
- Perform other documentation and coordination activities assigned by the management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Should be comfortable coordinating with multiple internal teams and external vendors.
- Strong documentation, follow-up, and data management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
