Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years of BPO Experience

Pass-out Year: 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026

About the Role

Collabera is hiring Trainees – Prior Authorization for a leading AI-driven Healthcare Organization. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start a career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain with structured training and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Process prior authorization requests for healthcare services.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain approvals.
• Follow up on pending authorization requests within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
• Ensure quality and compliance with client guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs.
• Diploma, Arts & Science, Engineering or Any UG graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of BPO experience can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Shift).

Compensation & Benefits

• 1st Month: 7,500 Stipend.
• From 2nd Month (Training Period): 13,500 Take-Home Salary.
• After 11 months of training: Eligible for employee benefits and salary revision as per company norms.
• Two-way cab facility provided.
