Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years of BPO Experience

Pass-out Year: 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freshers to join the PreAuthorization team in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process pre-authorization requests for healthcare services.
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain prior authorizations.
• Follow up on pending authorization requests within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with client and healthcare process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2023 to 2026 Pass-outs.
• HSC (12th Pass) is Mandatory.
• Graduation is not mandatory.
• Engineering graduates are not eligible for this role.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of BPO experience can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift).

Compensation

• Freshers: 15,900 Take-Home Salary.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of BPO Experience: Up to 20,000 Take-Home
