Role & responsibilities
- Assist various departments in daily operations.
- Support project documentation and reporting.
- Attend site inspections and coordination meetings.
- Learn project planning, procurement, QA/QC, and execution processes.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Perform assigned tasks under senior team guidance.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or related engineering roles.
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
- Strong academic record throughout the course of study.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
