Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Review spare-parts requirements, stock, open orders and shortages.
• Follow up with the production plant and suppliers for material availability and committed delivery dates.
• Support purchase requisition / purchase order follow-up and expedite critical or overdue parts.
• Maintain simple shortage and open-order trackers and keep ERP/SAP information updated.
• Coordinate with Spares Planning, Stores, Quality and Engineering whenever clarification or support is required.
• Highlight critical shortages and delays to the Senior Manager - SCM in time.
