Trainee

Job Summary: We are looking for a Graduate candidate with a Hardware & Networking qualification to provide desktop support and shared site support. The candidate will be responsible for handling daily IT support activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and shared site IT support.
• Attend and resolve tickets logged in the Global Support Portal.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and network issues.
• Resolve Outlook and email-related issues.
• Support O365 migrations, domain management, and antivirus activities.
• Handle asset allocation, movement, and inventory-related tasks.
• Perform other IT support activities as required.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Hardware & Networking certification/course is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and desktop support.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
