Trainee

Job Summary

The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure across key business functions within the organisation, enabling Trainee to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance industry from creation and sourcing to manufacturing, marketing, sales, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Fragrance Development.
• Assist in special projects as directed by the GM, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the role and the broader organization.
• Support day-to-day business activities and projects within assigned functions.
• Support the execution of customer, commercial, operational, and administrative activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve business challenges and drive process efficiencies.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the fragrance industry.
• Demonstrate agility, innovation, and a continuous improvement mindset while delivering assigned project outcomes.
• Present project findings and business recommendations to senior leadership at the end of each rotation or program milestone.

Skills and Attributes Required

• Bachelor s or Masters Degree from a reputed institution.
• Specializations in Science, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Learning agility, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
