Selected candidates will be trained in Ruby on Rails, React, React Native, Flutter, and related cutting-edge web mobile technologies. They will have the opportunity to work on live projects for clients based in the UK, US, Europe Other Countries or in Companys own products.

• We offer a stipend of INR 8,000/- month during the training period. Candidates will be also eligible for salary revision to 3.9 LPA (PT, ESIC, EPF TDS will get deducted as per government policies) after successful tenure of 6 months. For details of your annual package see Annexure 1. And if we analyze that students don't have potential for a 3.9 LPA package then in this case we can offer them less packages too.
• After that the increment cycle will be every one year.

• We provide extensive training from the office campus(Indore) which grooms the selected candidates technically. Gems Essence invests INR 2 Lacs per candidate in providing this training without charging anything to the candidate. At the same time, we pay the determined stipend to candidates who are in training. Considering this, we are looking for a minimum commitment of 2.5 Years with the organization. Candidates must execute an employment agreement for the same.
