Helios Concrew is actively seeking technically proficient and highly motivated engineers to join our South India Division. As a manufacturer and exporter of comprehensive pharmaceutical packaging and processing solutions—ranging from Blister Packing Machines (Blister King) and Cartoning Machines (CartoKing) to complete OSD production lines—we require dedicated service professionals to ensure the flawless operation of our equipment at client sites. This role focuses on the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our pharmaceutical machinery portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute on-site installation, integration, and commissioning of pharmaceutical processing and packaging machinery across the South India region.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid-response troubleshooting for high-speed tablet presses, capsule fillers, high shear mixers, fluid bed dryers, and blister/carton packaging equipment.
• Provide direct technical support to clients, ensuring equipment operates strictly within expected parameters and complies with cGMP and FDA manufacturing standards.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for client operators and plant technicians regarding machine operation, safety protocols, and daily maintenance procedures.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and PLC-based issues on-site, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
• Document all service interventions, maintenance logs, and site acceptance tests (SAT) accurately for internal tracking and customer compliance records.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
• Required Experience: Candidates must possess prior internship experience or summer training experience specifically within the pharmaceutical machinery or packaging product line segment.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the equipment in OSD Production Line Equipments is mandatory. Candidates should understand the basic mechanics and operations of granulation lines, mixing equipment, tablet presses, and closed-loop conveying systems.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70-80%) across the South India Division to various pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Language: Professional proficiency in English and Telugu; knowledge of additional South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) or Hindi is highly advantageous.

Key Competencies

• Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical assemblies, pneumatics, kinematics, and basic PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with a focus on de-escalating high-pressure downtime situations.
• Commitment to adherence to safety regulations and cleanroom protocols required in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
