Trainee- Risk and Quality Management

Description

We are looking for a Trainee in Risk and Quality Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with the team to identify, assess and mitigate risks while implementing quality management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential risks within the organization
• Conduct research and analysis on risk management techniques and best practices
• Assist in developing and implementing risk management plans
• Assist in quality assurance processes and procedures
• Participate in audit and compliance activities
• Prepare reports and presentations on risk and quality management activities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in risk management or quality management
• Knowledge of risk management techniques and best practices
• Understanding of quality assurance processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
